This policy explains how Prime Assets ("Prime Assets", "we", "us") handles personal data when you use this website, contact us, apply for membership, or use our services. We process personal data in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the rules made under it.

What we collect

Details you give us: your name, company, work email, phone number, city, website, and anything you write in a form or message.
Membership details: information about your company used to verify it, such as registration details and references.
Requirement information: details of business requirements shared in the network. We ask members not to include personal data in requirement briefs unless it is needed.
Technical data: your IP address and browser type when you submit a form, used to prevent spam and abuse.

We do not use advertising trackers on this website.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry and provide the services you ask for.
To verify companies applying to join the network.
To match requirements with suitable members and make introductions that the customer has agreed to.
To keep records of referrals and their agreed terms.
To keep our website and services secure, and to meet legal obligations.

Consent and introductions

We rely on your consent when you submit a form. Inside the network, a customer's identity and contact details are shared with another member only after that customer agrees to the introduction. You can withdraw consent at any time by writing to us; this does not affect anything done before you withdrew it.

Who we share it with

Network members, only for an introduction you or your customer have agreed to.
Service providers who help us run our business, such as email and hosting, under contracts that require them to protect your data.
Authorities, where the law requires it.

We never sell personal data.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and membership records for as long as needed for the purpose they were collected for, and then for any period the law requires. When data is no longer needed, we delete it.

How we protect it

We use access controls, encryption in transit, logging and regular security testing, the same controls we help our clients put in place. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data and will notify you and the authorities of a personal data breach as the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask us to tell you what personal data we hold about you, correct or update it, erase it, or withdraw your consent. You can also nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf. To make a request or raise a grievance, email sales@primeassets.in with the subject "Privacy request". We will respond within the time the law requires. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
